Welcome to the 2025 Night at the Races

In order to take full advantage of everything we have to offer before and during the event, please read through the following. 

Silent Auction
The silent auction can be found here. The auction will go live 1 week before our event on Friday, March 7th. You will need to log in and create an account in order to bid on items. The bidding will continue until 9:00pm on Friday March 14th.

Online Bidders
If you are not attending and bidding online, you will need to register with our auction site, entering at least an email address, credit card and phone number. Our partner, Greater Giving, will only keep this card on file for 120 Days. Online bidding and in-person bidding will all end at the same time, at 9:00pm on Friday, March 14th. All in-person bidding will also be done through the online platform. Once the auction is complete, any items that you have won will be automatically charged to your credit card on file. We will offer pickup of items Monday - Friday at the Boone County Board of Education (8330 US-42, Florence KY) the week of March 24 - March 28. If you cannot pick your items up during this time period, please reach out to info@boonecountyeducationfoundation.org to arrange for pickup.

In-Person Bidding
In-person bidding will be done on mobile devices that you bring with you to the event. In-person bidding will be performed on the same platform that online bidders are using and will have the same start and end time. In order to bid in-person, you will need to be registered for our event and have an email address, credit card and phone number on file. Our partner, Greater Giving, will only keep this card on file for 120 Days. Online bidding and in-person bidding will all end at the same time, at 9:00pm on Friday, March 14th. Once the auction is complete, any items that you have won will be automatically charged to your credit card on file. All items that you've won must be taken with you.

Bourbon Card game
We will be selling a limited number of spots at $50/person to win bottles of bourbon. Everyone who enters will be walking out with a bottle; which bottle you walk out with will depend on which card you draw out of the deck! Every card sold will have a matching card in front of one of the bottles of bourbon.  Good luck!

Liquor/Wine Ring Toss
Join us at the event and you can buy chances to toss rings on your favorite bottles of wine and liquor. What a fun way to win some bottles! Good luck!
